Hoeven Receives NCGA President’s Award
On the final day of Corn Congress, National Corn Growers Association President Kevin Skunes presented the organization’s President’s Award to North Dakota Senator John Hoeven. Skunes, who farms at Arthur, North Dakota, said Hoeven is a longtime advocate for agriculture.
