The U.S. Meat Export Federation will present the Michael J. Mansfield Award to former National Pork Producers Council lobbyist Nick Giordano. This award recognizes individuals who have advanced U.S. trade relations. USMEF will also recognize Nebraska farmer Mark Jagels with its Distinguished Service Award. Jagels chaired the USMEF board in 2014-2015. The awards will be presented at the USMEF Strategic Planning Conference on November 7.
