Satellite Internet Coming to Your Deere Equipment

John Deere tractors may soon be equipped with high-speed internet. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Deere will start installing new and used farm equipment with Starlink satellite internet service later this year. In a Twitter post, SpaceX owner Elon Musk said this move “will be great for farmers.” The cost for the additional equipment or software service was not announced.
