DRC Appeals Dairy Farm Permit

Dakota Resource Council is appealing the state permit for the Riverview Dairy project in southeastern North Dakota. The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality approved the permit for the 12,500-cow operation in early January. The Dakota Resource Council claims the state failed to consider potential water quality issues.
