While Brazil is expected to have a record crop, ag consultant Kory Melby says Argentina is a different story. “This La Nina stuff hasn’t been an issue for the last two months like everybody thought it would be. Now it seems like it’s kicking in and the forecast is hot and dry for 14 days with very limited rainfall.” Melby is a Greenbush, Minnesota native and has been doing consulting work in Goiania, Brazil for nearly 25 years.
