Crop Report Expected to be a Non-Event

Van Ahn and Company market analyst Kristi Van Ahn expects Tuesday’s USDA supply/demand report to be a non-event. “The December WASDE report is typically like a no-chill report. They wait and say we have to finalize the numbers in January, let’s just bypass this and put our efforts into the January report,” said Van Ahn. “Once again, that lack of news between Thanksgiving and Christmas is getting the best of us right now.”
