Rain over the past couple of weeks has increased water levels on the Panama Canal. Traffic has been slowly increasing in recent weeks, but there are still restrictions on draught or how deep the cargo ship can be in the water. In a special report, World Weather Incorporated says those restrictions may not change for a while, but the number of ships allowed through the canal on a daily basis is increasing.
