Van Ahn and Company analyst Kristi Van Ahn expects a quiet market until the quarterly stocks and acreage reports at the end of the month. “We will get some crop conditions and weather updates before that,” said Van Ahn. “If you don’t get any information from the June (WASDE) report, the market tends to be very quiet and very choppy for two weeks until we can get updated acreage numbers and quarterly grain stocks.” The acreage and stocks report will be released June 28.
