The North Dakota Corn Growers Association want the farm bill to be signed in early 2024. “Next year being an election year, you never know how that can impact policy,” said Brenda Elmer, executive director. Budgets will have a major role in the process. “There will be some jockeying among leaders but we’ll be there at the table and hoping to have an imprint.”
