Farmers in the Hallock and Kennedy, Minnesota areas are planting. Rob Rynning started seeding small grains last Tuesday. “It feels good to get things rolling.” Rynning says the seed bed is a little sticky. Rynning says farmers are doing some light tillage to get the seedbed to dry out.
