U.S. Beef Exports Skyrocket

Coming off a record-breaking performance in 2021, the USDA says U.S. beef exports went higher in January. That’s an increase of 13 percent from one year ago. Beef export values increased 57 percent to more than $1 billion. Pork exports trended lower in January, down 16 percent from one year ago, despite increasing exports to leading market Mexico.
