The St. Paul District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers received $437 million to complete work on the Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion project from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The funds will allow the Corps to complete all remaining portions of the federal work on the diversion project.
