Weather is favorable for planting progress in South America. “Brazil may end up planting 98 to 99 million acres of soybeans,” says Lynn Sandlin, business intelligence manager, Syngenta. “If realized, that would be a new record. Brazil will be the top producer for soybeans again this year.
