While basis bids at river terminals along the Mississippi river have collapsed due to damage from Hurricane Ida, the basis bids at the six regional grain elevators followed by the Red River Farm Network have held mostly steady from one week ago. Spring wheat basis bids range from 10 to 45 cents under the December Minneapolis futures contract. Corn basis ranges from 35 under to 65 over the December futures contract. Soybean basis ranges from 20 to 50 cents under the November futures contract.
