Private Property Rights Upheld in Supreme Court

In a six-to-three decision, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a California rule that gave labor unions access to farms to talk to workers. The American Farm Bureau Federation praised the decision, saying it reaffirms private property rights. AFBF filed to two friend-of-the-court briefs to the Supreme Court saying the U.S. Constitution protects the private property rights of farmers and ranchers.
