Quality Loss Adjustment Program payments and the additional 2019 WHIP+ Program payments are starting to make their way into farmer’s bank accounts. If you haven’t received those yet USDA Farm Service Agency Administrator Zach Ducheneaux says to be patient. “One we release the payments, it takes time to go out through Direct Deposit, but payments should start hitting producers bank accounts at the end of the week of June 14 and this week.” Farmers are receiving their full Quality Loss Adjustment payment, but only 90 percent of the WHIP+ program payment. More money could be made available for the WHIP+ program, pending a few states. Hear more in the story.
