USDA to Disperse Biofuels, Livestock COVID Relief

In March, USDA announced $6 billion in available funds through pandemic assistance for new programs or existing efforts. Within the next 60 days, USDA will be implementing those funds. This includes $700 million for biofuels producers, $400 million for a new dairy donation program and $580 million for Supplemental Dairy Margin Coverage for small and medium farms and assistance for livestock and poultry producers who euthanized animals from March 1 through December 26, 2020.
