Gowan Company has closed on its purchase of 99.9 percent of the corporate capital in Piemme S.r.l. Piemme S.r.l. is the controlling shareholder of Isagro and this transaction is the first step in Gowan’s plan to purchase all of the shares. Isagro owns important active ingredients, including tetraconazole and copper hydroxide/oxychloride. Isagro has been a partner with Gowan since 2013 and Gowan now plans to expand the commercial opportunities.
