Northern Plains Corn Basis Bids Improve Slightly

Basis bids at the six regional grain elevators followed by the Red River Farm Network are unchanged for spring wheat. Spring wheat basis bids range from 35 to 70 cents under the March contract. Corn basis improved by five cents at Grebnor, South Dakota to 33 under. At Warren, Minnesota basis improved to 25 cents under the March. Corn basis widened by five cents at Finley, North Dakota. Corn basis ranges from 25 to 54 cents under the March contract. Soybean basis ranges from 45 to 85 cents under the March futures contract.
