ND Soybean Growers Focus on Infrastructure in State Legislative Session

Water issues and infrastructure are top of mind for the North Dakota Soybean Growers Association going into the state legislative session. “There’s a $1 billion bonding proposal being considered and then, the governor has a $1.25 billion transportation and infrastructure bonding proposal,” said Phil Murphy, government liaison, NDSGA. “If we could get 40 percent of that for transportation, it would help. We’re $200 million short with the way we’ve been funding infrastructure the last few decades.”
