According to North Dakota Senator John Hoeven, the Farm Service Agency is working to complete the implementation process of quality loss coverage under the WHIP+ program. Hoeven met with FSA Administrator Richard Fordyce the first week of November. To complete the finalization process, the FSA needs regulatory clearance, a handbook and software development. Not much is known about the quality loss adjustments except there will be a separate sign-up from the WHIP+ program. Read the press release.
