A 6,000 hundredweight durum mill and a 4,000 hundredweight spring wheat mill will be added. The additional equipment will increase the North Dakota Mill’s grinding capacity from 34 million bushels to 40 million. The North Dakota Mill is the only state-owned mill in the country and is the largest flour mill in the U.S.
