Farmers near Perham, Minnesota were making good harvest progress before the recent snow. “The corn harvest will stall a little bit and hopefully, we’ll get warmer temperatures to start that back up,” said Brad Guck, agronomist, Professional Agronomy Services. “There’s a fair bit of the corn left to harvest with elevators full not being able to accept some crops of corn and soybeans. There’s still a long ways to go.” The soybean crop came off quickly. “It’s far better than last year with good yields in many cases. The market turned around too and hopefully, that turns things around.”
