S&W Seed Company is licensing wheat germplasm from Corteva Agriscience for use in the Australian market. The California-based company has a seed portfolio that currently includes sunflowers, alfalfa and sorghum. S&W Seed’s goal is to become a leading supplier of seed genetics in Australia. With wheat being Australia’s largest crop, the addition of wheat to its line-up is part of S&W’s strategy.
