Amended Private Property Rights Bill Advances

The North Dakota Senate has approved the private property rights bill with a vote of 28-18. Changes were made in the bill to appease hunters. That includes the creation of a statewide database that will show what land is open or closed to hunting. SB 2315 now goes to the House.
