The Trump Administration is advancing six nominees for the federal court, including Peter Welte of the Vogel Law Firm in Grand Forks. Welte graduate from North Dakota State University with an agricultural economics degree and the University of North Dakota with a law degree. Welte’s bio describes him as “a farm kid from western Grand Forks County.”
