While VAPAM and K-PAM soil fumigants continue to help farmers mange nematodes, AMVAC Chemical Marketing Lead Greg Warren says there’s expansion ahead for AMVAC’s fungicide business. “We continue to do a lot of research and development, looking at nematode management, but one thing we did a couple of years ago, we got into the chlorothanlonil business. That’s the largest fungicide for potatoes. We now have our own brand and we’re going to be expanding into the chlorothanlonil business as well this year and in the years to come.”
