Minnesota-based CHS remains the largest cooperative in the nation. According to the National Cooperative Bank list of the top cooperatives, CHS reports nearly $32 million in revenue. Dairy Farmers of America and Land O’Lakes are ranked second and third. AGP is the tenth largest cooperative. American Crystal Sugar Company is ranked 32nd. South Dakota Wheat Growers Association of Aberdeen and North Central Farmers Elevator of Ipswich both made the Co-op 100 List for 2018. These two cooperatives merged and became Agtegra in February.
