Nutrien is in the process of acquiring Agrible Incorporated for $63 million. Agrible is a digital agriculture company that focuses on agronomic and on-farm advisory tools. Nutrien was formed in January with the merger of Agrium and Potash Corp. Earlier this month, Crop Production Services, or CPS, was rebranded as Nutrien Ag Solutions. At the time, company officials said its retail business would soon offer an expanded digital platform.
