A federal judge has ruled against California’s Attorney General in a lawsuit dealing with the labeling of glyphosate. California’s Prop 65 labeling requirement would require a warning label on all products containing glyphosate. A coalition led by the National Association of Wheat Growers went to court, claiming the warning label is “false and misleading.” The coalition also includes the North Dakota Grain Growers Association, South Dakota Agri-Business Association, U.S. Durum Growers Association, National Corn Growers Association and the Agricultural Retailers Association.
