World Pork Expo begins Wednesday at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, Iowa. The Pork Checkoff sponsors the PORK Academy on Wednesday and Thursday. “The Pork Checkoff is the largest sponsor at World Pork Expo and we will be positioned at PORK Academy so producers can learn from their Pork Checkoff investment,” said Cindy Cunningham, vice president of communications, National Pork Board. “We will also have the Pork Checkoff Hospitality Tent where all producers are welcome and we will support the hog shows and sales, helping the youth exhibitors.” RRFN’s coverage of World Pork Expo is sponsored, in part, by the North Dakota Pork Council.
