The Argentine port terminal that was damaged last month may not be back in operation for another year-and-a-half. A cargo ship collided with a dock in the port city of Rosario, causing serious damage. Argentina is the world’s largest exporter of soymeal and this port terminal handled more than 22 percent of that business.
