Two North Dakota wheat farmers have been elected to the North Dakota Wheat Commission. Jim Pellman of McClusky and Aaron Kjelland of Park River will begin their official duties on July 1. Pellman and Kjelland succeed David Clough of Fessenden and Brian O’Toole of Crystal, who served the maximum of three terms on the commission.
