A Demand Growth Strategy for U.S. Lamb

The American Lamb Board has approved a new long-range plan. The checkoff board’s goal is to increase demand for American lamb by two percent annually over the next five years for total demand growth of ten percent. Per capita consumption of lamb has remained steady for the past decade at one pound per person.
